Workshop Plus is a mod that gives tools you need to create amazing settlements in Fallout 4. In its most basic form, you can create and build in the same way you've been doing in the game for years, but it can be turned into a full-blown creative tool with the freedom of movement and all the other goodies that make the game so great.
In order to turn this tool into a more versatile and interesting one, the creators of the mod have added a bunch of new options that let you do things like create full-fledged buildings from scratch or build them from the ground up using a blueprint.
